During my recent stay, I was impressed by the ease of obtaining extra towels and linens from reception, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. the option of paid secured parking for a reasonable fee of BGN 12.00 per day added a layer of convenience to my stay, allowing me to explore the area with peace of mind. The smiling and friendly staff truly elevated my mood throughout the visit, exemplifying hospitality at its finest. It was disappointing that the cosmetic supplies were not automatically refilled in the room, requiring me to request replenishment personally. the dynamic between traditional and modern elements within the establishment created a harmonious atmosphere, appealing to those seeking a blend of authenticity and contemporary comfort. While a few improvements could be made, such as enhancing staff's English language proficiency, my experience was largely positive and recommended for those looking for a well-rounded stay in the area.
